Outdoor Group- Fields- 6 to 10 horses     $500 + gst

​Semi-private pens   $525+gst

All pens receive daily walk through checks, hands on. 
All paddocks are cleaned regularly.
All paddocks and pastures are provided with straw in shelter.
2 feeders provided in larger groups, as well as shelters for adequate access.
Pens are monitored with overhead camera that provides 80% view of the pens and pastures. 
Tested hay. 
Alfalfa and alfalfa mix for those needed.
Experienced with TBs, warmbloods, and ponies! We cover a vast variety of needs. 

Hay surcharge $50/per month Sept to March of next year pending 2026 hay or winter deposit.

Special needs pens are available: Cushings, heaves, Insulin resistance, founder, etc.

 Straw and mineral provided. Regular pen cleaning.

Turnout will be up to minimum 10-12 hours a day unless cold weather. Can be longer/shorter pending needs.​

Individual shelter, with heated water and straw bedding if owner preference. 
Hands on checks at feeding times. 
Grain included. Limited to 2 pens per year non-training horses. 
Access to all facilities, locker included. 

Short Term boarders- case by case only, no hauling to winter jackpots etc due to biosecurity. We are a private facility and wish to protect our current boarders horses.

Haul-Ins - $25/per horse
Appointment only.
Tacking & Tying in trailer for biosecurity and safety if unattended.
No barn access with horses.
Must have proof of 5-way vaccine & Coggins.
Hourly based fee.

70 x 140 indoor arena use.
Book for private use to let your dogs run in the cold or practice your flyball/disc etc! Reasonable hourly fees.

Coggins, 5 way proof required for any of the following;

Clinic Hosting
Half or full day on weekends.
Year Round bookings.
Barn and arena connected.
Outdoor arena.

Overnight Options:
12 indoor stalls for overnight rental.
5 small pens with individual shelters for rent.

Private, semi private options.
Dressage based.
Sunday afternoons and Tuesdays nights
Weight limit max 180 for our schoolies.

Lessons with Celine (EC/NCCP Certified) 
Private, semi, group options. Beginner to intermediate.
Jumping Lessons. 
Haul-in options.
Problem solving, behavioural, sales horse help. Trailer Loading.

Lessons with Hailey (under Celine's tutelage) 
Beginner only, privates and semi-privates.
Excellent for ages 4-15 yo or returning/beginner adults.
Excellent with nervous riders. 
Private lunge-lessons.
