Outdoor Group- Fields- 6 to 10 horses     $500 + gst
Semi-private pens   $525+gst

All pens receive daily walk through checks, hands on. 
All paddocks are cleaned regularly.
All paddocks and pastures are provided with straw in shelter.
2 feeders provided in larger groups, as well as shelters for adequate access.
Pens are monitored with overhead camera that provides 80% view of the pens and pastures. 
Tested hay. 
Alfalfa and alfalfa mix for those needed.
Experienced with TBs, warmbloods, and ponies! We cover a vast variety of needs. 

Special needs pens are available: Cushings, heaves, Insulin resistance, founder, etc.

Grain included. Limited to 2 pens per year non-training horses.

Haul-Ins - $25/per horse
Appointment only.
Tacking & Tying in trailer for biosecurity and safety if unattended.
No barn access with horses.
Must have proof of 5-way vaccine.
Hourly based fee.

70 x 140 indoor arena use.
Book for private use to let your dogs run in the cold or practice your flyball/disc etc! Reasonable hourly fees.

Coggins, 5 way proof required for any of the following;

Clinic Hosting
Half or full day on weekends.
Year Round bookings.
Barn and arena connected.
Outdoor arena.

Overnight Options:
12 indoor stalls for overnight rental.
5 small pens with individual shelters for rent.

Lessons with Renee (NCCP Certified)
Private, semi private options.
Dressage based or beginner western.
Mondays and Tuesdays 
Weight limit max 165 for our schoolies.

Lessons with Celine (EC/NCCP Certified)
Private, semi, group options. Beginner to intermediate.
Limited over fence options at Leduc location- beginner jump lessons.

Problem solving, behavioural, sales horse help. Trailer Loading.
